I was a little puzzled about the mystery juice in this
recipe and could not figure out what it was until I blew up the image; now I’m
pretty sure it’s an abbreviation for tomato juice. As for cooking instructions
you brown the ham balls in a skillet and then bake them in the oven at 325
degrees for 1 hour. Flip the recipe over and you can see it was written on a
receipt from a Doctor visit. I wonder what she got for her $3 in 1965.
