Not that I’m any kind of an expert, but I’ve never heard of
cooking a meatloaf by packing it into a can and steam baking it. It’s so
unusual I’m tempted to try this recipe. It also provides you with an
alternative to bake it in the oven normally, but I would have to try the orange
juice can in water method.
