Either someone enjoyed collecting variations of Jell-O salad
recipes or this family just really loved eating the stuff. Truth in labeling
would demand that this recipe should be named something like “Apple Celery
Cranberry Lemon Jell-O Salad” but that is a little unwieldy, so we’ll just
stick with Cranberry Salad.
